Agile: Agile methodology is a project management and software development approach that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
The frameworks: SCRUM Involves fixed-length iterations called sprints, providing a framework for regular software delivery.
KANBAN: one of the most basic frameworks for project managers to adopt since to allow them, to efficiently manage and track their projects. Among several agile techniques, the kanban framework stands out for its adaptability with existing organisational settings.
LEAN: lean management ensures all activities go through the process monthly and promptly, it is about speeding up processes and lowering costs by doing things such as finding people in the team who can help, instead of hiring experts
