  1. The Perceivable principle of WCAG ensures content is presented in ways users can perceive, such as providing text alternatives for images and sufficient contrast for readability. The Operable principle ensures users can interact with content, requiring features like keyboard navigation and avoiding elements that could trigger seizures. These principles help make web content accessible and inclusive for people with diverse abilities. 

  1. The WCAG defines Text Alternatives as a standard, requiring non-text content like images to have descriptive alt text for screen readers. It also specifies Keyboard Accessibility, ensuring all website functionality can be operated via keyboard without requiring a mouse. Another standard is Color Contrast, mandating sufficient contrast ratios between text and backgrounds to improve readability for users with visual impairments. 

  1. According to WCAG, web content refers to any information or sensory experience presented through a website, including text, images, sounds, videos, code, and interactive elements. 

  1. The four principles of WCAG 2.1 are Perceivable, ensuring content is presented in ways users can sense; Operable, requiring user interfaces to be functional for all input methods. They also include Understandable, making content and interfaces clear, and Robust, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies.
